To watch the meeting, the public may observe the meeting via the City's Granicus service at: .https:Lwww.tustinca.org/282ZMeefings-Agendas.or on local Cox Channel 851. Community members may provide live public comments in person or via Zoom during Zoning Administrator meetings. For Zoom instructions and to obtain the Meeting ID and Passcode, please go to https:Lwww.tustinca.orp/282/Meetings-Agendas and select the agenda under"Upcoming Events." To comment in writing on one or more items, you may send your comments to Icarver@tustinca.orp or by accessing the City's"SpeakUp"comment system as follows: 1. REQUEST: A request to authorize the on-site sales and consumption of beer and wine (Type 41 ABC license) in conjunction with a restaurant establishment. RECOMMENDATION: That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 22-005 approving CUP 2022-0005 to allow on-site sales and consumption of beer and wine (Type 41 ABC license) in conjunction with a restaurant establishment (Eat Fantastic) located at an existing restaurant tenant space at 171 E. First Street. 2.
