• November 19, 2021 — Program extended until
September 30, 2022 to allow staff time to update the
City's outdoor dining regulations
• May 18, 2021 — Program extended until December 31,
2021, or 90 days after the City's declaration of local
emergency expired, whichever is later. The City's local
emergency declaration expired on October 2, 2021
• June 2, 2020 — City Council approved Temporary
Outdoor Dining program and fee waiver
• Extend the Program until December 31, 2022 to allow
businesses time to comply with the updated regulations
