OF DRUG COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT CENTER (CTC) and ATOMIC INVESTMENTS
INC proposed at 535 E. 1St Street, Tustin CA 92780 in our neighborhood.
We are residential Families and Small Businesses, with many children living within 125 feet of the
proposed drug facility; child nursery cares, preschools, many family businesses and others, who have
frequent Children, Customers, Patients, Clients, and those who will not come to the businesses if such a
facility as a drug rehab clinic is installed.
Our area has daily many problems with break-ins, homeless loitering, sleeping, defecating on the local
business premises, With a drug center such as this, the costs to both residents and the police
department will require a great deal of time and money.
