SUBJECT: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) 2022-013 AND DESIGN REVIEW
(DR) 2022-0022
SUMMARY:
CUP 2022-0013 and DR 2022-0022 is a request to remove an existing 53-foot high major
wireless facility and construct a new 72-foot high, mono-eucalyptus wireless facility along
with its ancillary ground-mounted equipment at 14451 Myford Road. The project site is
located in the Planned Community - Industrial (PC-IND) zoning district which requires
approval of a CUP for new major wireless communication facilities and Design Review as
required by Tustin City Code Section 9272.
On October 13, 2022, the applicant submitted a request to continue the public hearing to
address technical elements related to the project (Attachment A).
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing on CUP 2022-013 and DR 2022-
0022 to November 8, 2022.
