Below in Red are responses to Commissioner Douthit's questions related to item #2. We are sending this to all Commissioners since we think the questions and responses will be beneficial to all Commissions in considering the project this evening. • Have we received any public comment or opposition to this project? The project was publicly noticed on April 27, 2023, in the Tustin News, to property owners within ,300 feet of the project.site and notices were placed on the project.site. To date, Cit .staff has not received public comments in favor or in opposition of the project. • If so, has any of the opposition been addressed already? To date, no public comments were received • Has this developer built other projects in Tustin before? Do they have a good record of being a responsible developer and property manager after the projects are developed? The property owner, Sam Olson of Pacific Legacy Real Estate& Investments, Inc., is also the developer. This is Mr. Ol.son'.s first project under consideration by the Planning Commission and first project in Tustin. Mr. Olson currently has projects in the unto Ana (North Tustin) area and Villa Park. Below are a list of projects that currently under construction. • .14022 Brenon Way, onto Ana • .1,30.1 Smoke wood Dr., onto Ana • .1946.1 Meso Dr., Villa Park In addition, below are a list of properties that have been completed by the developer. • 77.10 E'Autry Dr., Anaheim 14ill.s • 55.15 E'Crest De Ville Ave., Orange The developer plans to attend the public meeting tonight and can elaborate on the measures taken to maintain the properties and to ensure they are on asset to the community.
