Hello Leila, I just received your letter regarding this combining of two lots. On initial review it looks like we do have
equipment at both addresses that will not be affected by the parcel map changes, however we do request that our
equipment be protected in place if there is to be any construction done at either address.
For future reference, we're no longer located at the Banderas address in Rancho Santa Margarita, please update your
records to reflect our new address (since 2016)which is:

Staff is in receipt of the proposed subdivision by 138 Myford II Industrial Owner LLC to
combine two abutting lots at 14321 and 14351 Myford Road (Tentative Parcel Map
2022-153). Staff has no comments at this time. Please forward the traffic study for the
development of this site when it is available for review.
