WILLKOM, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR SUBJECT: UPDATE ON STREET VENDING ACTIVITY AND ENFORCEMENT SUMMARY/DISCUSSION: Staff will present an overview of the City's enforcement efforts to address street vending activity, as requested by the Planning Commission. The presentation will focus on providing background on relevant State and local laws, the City's experience in enforcing such laws. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission receive and file this item.
