who enter receive a special treat (candy).

RECEIVED
As Halloween is approaching rapidly we again need your generous funding to host our
sixth annual Tiller Trick or Treat.. In the past you have generously donated $2500.00 and
without your help the Tiller Trick or Treat would not be such a great success for our
community's children. Last year over 2000 youngsters enjoyed a safe, fun-filled
evening. Upon writing this letter we request to be placed on your agenda. Thank you for
your time and courtesy.
Sincerely,
"Commissioner
