1.Current Permit Parking areas will remain
2.Districts are pre-defined based on residential unit size and public residential streets which allow parking
3.Current non-Permit Parking areas in a district remain until one of the following is requested:
a. Adjacent blocks within a district can petition into a contiguous existing Permit Parking area
b. Non-adjacent blocks within a district can petition for Permit Parking designation with 3 additional contiguous blocks
