APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE OLD TOWN
STREETSCAPE AND PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
(CIP NO. 7172)
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. RDA 01-9, approving
plans and specifications for construction of the Old Town Streetscape and Pedestrian
Enhancement Project (CIP No. 7172), and authorizing and directing the City Clerk to advertise for
bids.

RESOLUTION NO. RDA 01-9
A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE OLD
TOWN STREETSCAPE AND PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
(C.I.P. NO. 7172), AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
A.
It is the intention of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency to
contract construction of the Old Town Streetscape and Pedestrian
Enhancement Project (C.I.P. No. 7172); and

This project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301, ClaSs 1,
Title 14, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for
the California Environmental Quality Act).
NOW THEREFORE, the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency resolves as
follows'
1. That the plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer be and
are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for:
Old Town Streetscape and Pedestrian Enhancements (C.I.P. No. 7172)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise as required by law for the
receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work specified in the aforesaid
plans and specifications.
PASSED AND' ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Community
Redevelopment Agency held on the 17th day of September 2001.
