NOTICEREGARDING PUBLIC PARTIC/PA T/ON
The public can attend the meeting in person and provide comments in person, observe the meeting
online, provide live comments via Zoom,and provide written comments via electronic means.
To watch the meeting, the public may observe the meeting via the City's Granicus service at:

Community members may provide live public comments in person orvia Zoom during Zoning Administrator
meetings. To join the meeting, use the passcode below. You can also join via the Zoom app on your

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2023-0020
APPLICANT: Ryan Gatchalian, Engineering and Environmental Construction, Inc.
LOCATION: 14591 Red Hill Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW:
This project Is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15330 (Class 30) of the
California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality
Act).
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) 23-008
approving CUP 2023-0020 to authorize the soil remediation activity associated with
the former dry-cleaning use, R.H. Cleaners.
