Scoping Advance Planning Downtown Commercial Core & Red Hill Avenue Specific Plar Assessment Report analyzing opportunities to align DCCSP and RHASP with real estate market. Discarded debris: staff coordinated removal through CR&R Waste Services. 62 cases complete.
