PUBLIC HEARINGS: Conditional Use Permit 04-018 - Authorization to temporarily operate a vapor extraction unit at an existing gas station to remove hydrocarbons from the water and soil. The project is located at 12972 Newport Avenue within the Retail Commercial (C1) zoning district.
