Desiqn Review 03-026 - Authorization to construct a 10,472 square foot retail commercial
building. The project is located at 14071-14081 Newport Avenue within the Planned
Community Commercial zoning district.

at an existing gas station to remove hydrocarbons from the water and soil. The project is
located at 12972 Newport Avenue within the Retail Commercial (C1) zoning district.
