The project is located at 14891 Yorba Street within the Specific Plan NO.9 zoning district. APPLICANT!: PROPERTY OWNER: JOYCE ALTMAN JOYCE ALTMAN INTERPRETING RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 04-011 approving Design Review 04-014 and Minor Adjustment 04-001. PUBLIC HEARINGS: Conditional Use Permit 04-024 - Authorization to temporarily operate a soil vapor and groundwater extraction unit at an existing gas station to remove hydrocarbons from the water and soil. The project is located at 14081 Red Hill Avenue within the Retail Commercial (C1) zoning district.
