Conditional Use Permit 05-005 a request for authorization for the on-site sale of beer and wine (ABC License Type "41 ") for on-site consumption in a bona fide eating place. The project is located at 13962 Newport Avenue, within the Commercial General (CG) and Town Center Redevelopment zoning district. APPLICANT! JAYS PACIFIC, INC. ATTN: JAY SADA PROPERTY OWNER: KARL A. BERGSTROM RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 05-005 approving Conditional Use Permit 05-005. The Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had read and understood the conditions of approval; Applicant responded affirmatively.
