PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Conditional Use Permit 05-005 a request for authorization for the on-site sale of
beer and wine (ABC License Type "41 ") for on-site consumption in a bona fide
eating place. The project is located at 13962 Newport Avenue, within the
Commercial General (CG) and Town Center Redevelopment zoning district.

That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 05-005
