Conditional Use Permit 05-002 a request for authorization to continue temporary placement of one (1) sales trailer, one (1) construction trailer, and one (1) portable restroom for a period of six (6) month. The project is located at 14520 Newport Ave, within the Commercial General (CG) zoning district. APPLICANTI THE OLSON COMPANY ATTN: JULIE TLlLAYATZI PROPERTY OWNER: REMARC MANAGEMENT CIO ERIC CRAMER RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 05-002 approving Conditional Use Permit 05-002. The Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had read and understood the conditions of approval; Jeanna Duff representing the Applicant responded that she had not read the report. Zoning Administrator Action Agenda March 7, 2005 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator clarified some of the conditions with the Applicant, and modified condition No. 1.14 changing the hours of operation for the sales trailer to 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily. The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 05-002 approving Conditional Use Permit 05-002. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:46 a.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
