CONSENT CALENDAR:
No Items on Consent Calendar
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 05-031 - A request to amend the approved master
sign program for the Tustin Market Place to allow for seven (7) additional signs
within the center. The project is located at the intersection of Jamboree Road
North of the Interstate 5 Freeway, within the Planned Community Mixed Use (PC-
MU) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 05-018
approving Conditional Use Permit 05-031.
The Acting Zoning Administrator made staff introductions and asked the representatives
present to identify themselves. The following individuals were in attendance: Dean
Alstrup, The Irvine Company; Larry Harden, The Irvine Company; Ruben Andrews,
Graphic Solutions, The Irvine Company.
The Public Hearing opened at 10:32 a.m.

The Acting Zoning Administrator briefly stated the reason for the public hearing, reviewed
the staff report, and asked the applicant if he had read the staff report and conditions of
approval and whether or not he had any questions.
Dean Alstrup, representing The Irvine Company, answered that he had read the report,
including the conditions of approval, and had no questions or concerns.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 05-018
approving Conditional Use Permit 05-031.
The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:35 a.m.

The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items
are set for hearing.
