HomeMy WebLinkAboutZA ACTION AGENDA 09-06-05 ACTION AGENDA ZONING ADMINISTRATOR MEETING SEPTEMBER 6, 2005 **** CALL TO ORDER: 10:35 a.m. Community Development Department Conference Room ROLL CALL: Elizabeth Binsack, Zoning Administrator Staff present: Justina Willkom, Senior Planner Eloise Harris, Recording Secretary PUBLIC CONCERNS: (Limited to 3 minutes per person for items not on the agenda) CONSENT CALENDAR: No Items on Consent Calendar PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 05-022 - Authorization for the sale of beer and wine, for on-site consumption (ABC License Type 41) in a bona fide public eating place and to construct an outdoor dining area in conjunction with a restaurant use. The project is located at 1621 Edinger Avenue, Suite 102 within the Industrial (M) zoning district. APPLICANT: FRESCA'S TUSTIN, LLC ATTN: THOMAS RYDER PROPERTY OWNER: BREEZY MEADOWS, LLC. ATTN: JEFF KLEIN RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 05-017 approving Conditional Use Permit 05-022. The Public Hearing opened at 10:36 a.m. The Zoning Administrator indicated that no presention was necessary; and, asked the applicant's representative if he had read the conditions of approval and whether or not he had any concerns. Mike Severson, representing the applicant, indicated that Thomas Ryder had read the report thoroughly and had no concerns. Zoning Administrator Agenda September 6, 2005 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 05-017 approving Conditional Use Permit 05-022. The Zoning Administrator indicated this is an appealable item; if no appeals are submitted prior to 5:30 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2005, the applicant may proceed with this project Tuesday morning. The Public Hearing closed and the meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
