Staff provided documentation to HCD demonstrating Nicole Bernard was the Acting City Manager when she signed the 2023 PLHA Formula Allocation Application for $330,525 on May 8, 2024, and were prepared to provide similar documentation for City Manager Aldo. As HCD recommended, staff have prepared a new resolution that only lists the title of the authorized representative and leaves out their name. Staff recommends the City Council adopt City Council Resolution 24-51, authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to execute all PLHA documents as required by HCD. 5 DocuSigned by: Je fOiQg551465.
