SUMMARY:
The report summarizes Community Development Department's programs and activities
conducted from January to September 2024. The report highlights activities under the
following categories:
• Current Planning - Industrial, commercial, mixed -use, and residential
development and projects under review.
• Advance Planning - General Plan and code amendments, historic preservation,
and Community Development Block Grant activities.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council receive and file the report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None,
CORRELATION TO THE STRATEGIC PLAN:
The Summary of Projects report contributes to Goal E of the Strategic Plan in
Organizational Excellence and Customer Service. It is staff's desire to keep the
community informed on the status of recent projects, which are progressing throughout
the City.
