AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND USAGE OF THE BUDGETING AND WORKFORCE PLANNING SUITE Staff is requesting City Council's authorization to enter into a three-year agreement with OpenGov for the implementation and usage of their Budgeting and Workforce Planning suite.
