To participate and/or comment on one or more items, do the following: 1. PARTICIPATING DURING A MEETING Community members who wish to verbally address the Planning Commission during a public meeting may attend the meeting in person orjoin through Zoom. Individuals providing public comment are limited to a maximum of three(3)minutes, unless additional time is granted by the Planning Commission Chair. By joining the meeting through Zoom, you will be able to speak but your video will not be enabled. Please see further instructions below. DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 2024-0007: FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT 2020-0001. HISTORIC PRESERVATION UPDATE— DEVELOPMENT OF GIS-BASED STORYMAP A presentation regarding the new historic preservation tool which visually maps the results of the City's 2021 Historic Preservation Survey through a GIS-based StoryMap, making the survey results, along with other information, more accessible to the public.
