Planning Commission Action
On November 12, 2024, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
4509, recommending that the City Council approve Zone Change 2024-
0002 for the vacant remnant parcel, located as Assessor Parcel Number
(APN) 432-391-59.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council have first reading, by title only, for
Ordinance No. 1557, approving Zone Change 2024-0002 for the vacant
remnant parcel located as Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 432-391-59, and
setting second reading for the next regular City Council meeting.
