The continuation is needed to allow further review and refinement to the draft ODS document. RECOMMENDATION: That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing for Code Amendment(CA) 2024-0007 (Ordinance No. 1562) to the February 25, 2025, Planning Commission meeting. 3. REQUEST: A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the operation of a Skilled Nursing Facility (Specialty Hospital) within existing and vacant medical buildings totaling approximately 89,000 square feet. The use would accommodate 121 patients and offer skilled nursing and supportive care, including 24-hour inpatient care (dietary, pharmaceutical services and activity programs).
