SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARNG CONTINUANCE REQUEST FOR CODE AMENDMENT
(CA) 2024-0007, ESTABLISHMENT OF MULTIFAMILY AND MIXED-USE
RESIDENTIAL OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS — ORDINANCE NO.
1562
SUMMARY:
The Community Development Department requests a continuance of Code Amendment
2024-0007 to Establish Multifamily and Mixed-Use Objective Design Standards (ODS).
Staff requests that the item be continued to the regularly scheduled Planning Commission
meeting on February 25, 2025. The continuation is needed to allow further review and
refinement to the draft ODS document.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing for Code Amendment (CA)
2024-0007 (Ordinance No. 1562) to the February 25, 2025, Planning Commission
meeting.
