SUBJECT: PUBLIC HEARNG CONTINUANCE REQUEST FOR. CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT (CUP) 2024-0018, ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A
SKILLED NURSING FACILITY LICENSED THROUGH THE CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA
CODE OF REGULATIONS, TITLE 22, DIVISION 5
SUMMARY:
The Community Development Department requests a continuance of CUP 2024-0018 to
establish and operate a skilled nursing facility licensed through the California Department
of Public Health, pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 5.
Staff requests that the item be continued to the regularly scheduled Planning Commission
meeting on February 11, 2025. The continuation is needed to allow review and analysis
of a component of the proposed project that was not reflected in the staff report.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Planning Commission continue the public hearing for CUP 2024-0018
(Ordinance No.. 4519) to the February 11, 2025, Planning Commission meeting.
