Subject: Repayment of Property developers 4/1 council meeting
Please add these comments to the 4/l/25 meeting:
To the Tustin City Council:
Do not give money back to property developers who fail to make affordable housing.
This is the same company who asked for the Tustin Chambers recommendation when I was
chairman of the board.
They took away businesses, and assured me they were doing affordable housing as part of
their development. Affordable housing which is desperately needed in Tustin.
Returning money to developers who do not uphold their end of the bargain creates a
terrible precedent.
City Council members know the importance of building affordable housing to alleviate a
myriad of issues facing our residents. Some council members even ran on a platform of
affordable housing during the election.
Remember your duty to the people of Tustin, and what is best for them.
