RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council:
Adopt Resolution No. 25-23:
Approving the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan including the proposed use
of Program Year 2025-26 Community Development Block Grant funds
for inclusion in the one-year Action Plan;
Authorizing the Community Development Director to submit the
Consolidated Plan to the federal Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) and make minor modifications to the Consolidated
Plan and execute documents, certifications, contracts, or other
instruments as may be required to carry out the CDBG program.
