RESOLUTION NO. 25-18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE TUSTIN SPORTS PARK TURF
RENOVATION FIELD #3 PROJECT, CIP NO. 20093 AND AUTHORIZING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin to contract for the
Tustin Sports Park Turf Renovation Field #3, CIP No. 20093; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the construction
of said project; and
WHEREAS, the CIP No. 20093 project is categorically exempt from the California
Environment Quality Act, (CEQA), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c) and (d)
(Class 1, repair, maintenance and restoration of existing public facilities).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tustin that:
Section 1. The plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer are hereby
approved as the plans and specifications for the project entitled:
Tustin Sports Park Turf Renovation Field #3
CIP No. 20093
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise as required by
law for the receipt of sealed bids for the performance of work specified in the aforesaid plans
and specifications.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin
at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of April 2025.
