LOU BONE TUSTIN CORPORATE YARD Consideration of a request from Mayor Austin
Lumbard to recognize former Mayor Lucien "Lou" Bone by renaming the City of Tustin Corporate
Yard, located at 1472 Service Road, to The Lou Bone Tustin Corporate Yard and
commemorating the honor with the placement of a plaque near the main entrance of the
building.
eComment: I strongly support the renaming of the Tustin Corporate Yard to the Lou Bone Tustin
Corporate Yard. Lou came alongside me as a young business owner and encouraged deeper
involvement in the Tustin Chamber of Commerce. He saw leadership qualities in me that
eventually led to me serving as the Tustin Chamber of Commerce President. I will always be
grateful to Lou for his support, and I am sure there are many others who share my experience as
well. Lou's efforts made a difference and impacted the entire Tustin community in an extremely
