CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 06-003 - A request to establish a dental office within a retail center located at 14001 Newport Avenue, Suite C, within the Central Commercial and Parking Overlay (C-2P) zoning district. APPLICANT: NGUYEN K. VU, DDS PROPERTY OWNER: MAKENA GREAT AMERICAN LLC RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 06-004 approving Conditional Use Permit 06-003. The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced himself and asked that others present do the same. The attendees were as follows: Brett Blanchard, Nguyenkhang D. Vu, and Dennis Stout. The Public Hearing opened at 10:34 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the applicant and his representatives if they had read the report. All attendees replied in the affirmative. Zoning Administrator Agenda April 1 0, 2006 Page 2 The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if there were any comments or questions. All attendees answered in the negative. The Public Hearing closed at 10:35 a.m. The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 06-004 approving Conditional Use Permit 06-003. The Acting Zoning Administrator indicated there is a 7-day appeal period for this item. REGULAR BUSINESS: None ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:36 a.m. The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
