PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 06-003 - A request to establish a dental office
within a retail center located at 14001 Newport Avenue, Suite C, within the Central
Commercial and Parking Overlay (C-2P) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 06-004
approving Conditional Use Permit 06-003.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced himself and asked that others present do the
same. The attendees were as follows: Brett Blanchard, Nguyenkhang D. Vu, and Dennis
Stout.
The Public Hearing opened at 10:34 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator asked the applicant and his representatives if they had
read the report.
All attendees replied in the affirmative.

The Acting Zoning Administrator asked if there were any comments or questions.
All attendees answered in the negative.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:35 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 06-004
approving Conditional Use Permit 06-003.
The Acting Zoning Administrator indicated there is a 7-day appeal period for this item.
