Minor Adiustment 04-001 - Authorization to reduce the building setbacks from the Gateway Circle right-of-way for Buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6 on Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, respectively, of Tentative Tract Map 16527 from thirty (30) feet to 28.10 feet, 27.36 feet, 28.00 feet, and 29.82 feet for buildings 3, 4, 5, and 6, respectively. The project is located at 1123 Warner Avenue, within the Planned Community Industrial zoning district. APPLICANT: Voit Development Company PROPERTY OWNER: Gateway Business Park, LLC RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 04-005 approving Minor Adjustment 04-001. Presentation: Matt West, Associate Planner The Public Hearing opened at 10:35 a.m. Zoning Administrator Action Agenda May 17, 2004 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator asked Jim Camp, the representative from Voit Development Company, if he had read and understood the report and conditions of approval. Mr. Camp answered in the affirmative. The Zoning Administrator asked if Mr. Camp had any questions. Mr. Camp answered in the negative. The Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action 04-005 approving Minor Adjustment 04-001. The Zoning Administrator noted that this is an appealable item to the Planning Commission. The Public Hearing closed at 10:38 a.m. ADJOURNMENT: The date of the next meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
