Conditional Use Permit 03-011 a request for authorization to establish a furniture sales warehouse within an existing building in the Dow Business Center, located at 3002 Dow Avenue, Suite 138, within the Planned Community Industrial (PC-IND) zoning district. APPLlCANTI PAULA J. LONG THREE IS COMPANY PROPERTY OWNER: BEDFORD PROPERTY INVESTORS RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 03-003 approving Conditional Use Permit 03-011. The Zoning Administrator stated that no staff presentation was necessary. Zoning Administrator Agenda June 16, 2003 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator asked if the applicant had read and understood the conditions of approval; Paula Jones responded affirmatively referring to Exhibit A of the Zoning Administrator Action. The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 03-003 approving Conditional Use Permit 03-011. The Zoning Administrator indicated there is a seven-day appeal period; permits can be pulled when the appeal period ends. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:43 a.m. The date of the next regular meeting of the Zoning Administrator will be scheduled when items are set for hearing.
