Conditional Use Permit 03-015 a request for authorization for the on-site sale of beer, wine and distilled spirits (ABC license type "47") for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing restaurant. The project is located on 535 E. Main Street, within the General Plan Planned Community Commercial/Business land use designation, Central Commercial (C-2) zoning district, and Town Center Redevelopment Project Area. APPLICANT/ LA SALSA RESTAURANT ATTN: NANCY BUCK PROPERTY OWNER: REKHA BAJARIA, REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST RECOMMENDATION That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 03-005 approving Conditional Use Permit 03-015. The Public Hearing opened at 10:34 a.m. The Zoning Administrator stated that no staff presentation was necessary and asked the applicant's representative for his comments. Alain Bally, representing LaSalsa, stated his agreement with all the conditions of approval, except that the hours of operation should be changed to 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. Karen Peterson indicated those hours would be compatible with other businesses in the area. Zoning Administrator Agenda August 11, 2003 Page 2 The Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action 03-003 approving Conditional Use Permit 03-011, as amended. The Zoning Administrator indicated there is a seven-day appeal period; permits can be pulled when the appeal period ends. 2. Conditional Use Permit 03-010 a request for authorization for the on-site sale of beer and wine (ABC license type "41 ") for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing restaurant. The project is located on 13816 Red Hill Avenue, within the General Plan Planned Community Commercial land use designation and the Retail Commercial (C-1) zoning district.
