Item: PUBLIC INPUT - Members of the public may provide comments in writing, in person or in
real time via Zoom to address the City Council on items on the Closed Session Agenda.
eComment: our community is having issues with the Rehab business that was approved for 24/7
operation across the street from the Tustin youth center. Tried contacting the public health
department and they keep on directing us to Tustin PD. 40 people each day with mental health
disorders, PTSD and other addiction issues is not a good thing to have right across from a youth
center and on the street of a Elementary school. Many of them smoke pot out in public 50 feet of
a 1000 feet prohibition along with violating the rules of the Business license.
