DEVELOPMENT UPDATES FROM FORMER MARINE CORPS AIR STATION TUSTIN PROPERTY RECIPIENTS The City Council and The Council Acting In Its Capacity As The Local Reuse Authority received a historical base closure/Local Reuse Authority designation summary and status presentations from the public/non-profit entities responsible for development at former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin now known as Tustin Legacy. Mayor Lumbard and City Manager Aldo E. Schindler provided introductory remarks. The following representatives provided presentations: A. Local Reuse Authority Overview and History - George Schlossberg, Kutak Rock B. Orange County Rescue Mission - Bryan Crain, President C.
