attendance.

CLOSED SESSION UPDATE — City Attorney David E. Kendig: The Council will convene
to discuss Item 5 as it appears on the Closed Session agenda, including real property
negotiations with Aldo E. Schindler, City Manager; Nicole Bernard, Assistant City Manager;
Brian Moncrief, Deputy City Manager; Ryan Swiontek, Deputy Director of Real Property;
Kenneth Piguee, Real Property Manager.
CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain
matters without members of the public present. The City Council finds, based on advice
from the City Attorney, that discussion in open session of the following matters will
prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation:

1. DEVELOPMENT UPDATES FROM FORMER MARINE CORPS AIR STATION
TUSTIN PROPERTY RECIPIENTS
The City Council and The Council Acting In Its Capacity As The Local Reuse
Authority received a historical base closure/Local Reuse Authority designation
summary and status presentations from the public/non-profit entities responsible for
development at former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin now known as Tustin Legacy.
Mayor Lumbard and City Manager Aldo E. Schindler provided introductory remarks.
The following representatives provided presentations:
