My name is Richard Nelson, and I am a longstanding member of the Tustin community. As a
board member of eight nonprofit organizations, I have good visibility of what benefits the
Tustin area. I am in support of the Kingsbarn Capital & Development project at 17852 17th
Street for 145 for -sale housing units. I support the Tustin community, and I believe that for
the city of Tustin to keep thriving, we need to address our shortage of for -sale housing. I
support this project because it will bring housing and other positive windfalls to the city of
Tustin and the surrounding areas. This project addresses the housing need in the city, and it
would be a terrific addition to the 17th street corridor. I support this project, and I urge you
to vote in favor of the project that will be a positive addition to the city of Tustin.
