RE: Cypress Grove Project - 17852 17th Street - Letter of Support
Dear Tustin City Council Members,
My name is Todd Cottle, and I am a business owner in the city of Tustin and a longstanding member
of the Tustin community. I am writing this letter in support of the Cypress Grove project being put forth by
Kingsbarn Capital & Development at 17852 17th Street for 145 for -sale housing units. Housing is a big need in
the city of Tustin, and I believe this project addresses that need by putting forth a great project that will help
offer homes to first-time home buyers. Bringing new housing, and new home buyers, to our community will
help keep the city of Tustin a destination city in the state of California and the County of Orange. I believe
this project will help bring economic vitality to the 17th Street corridor, and to the city of Tustin as a whole,
and the positive windfalls of this project will assist in keeping the city of Tustin thriving. I support this project
and believe it will be a great addition to the city of Tustin.
