Before we lock in a new 5-year assessment schedule, I'm asking Council to
address the City Council.
require and publish a clear breakdown: how many TLLD parcels are
residential vs commercial, and what share of assessment revenue each
category pays. And I'd like to understand specifically what the Irvine Company
properties at Tustin Marketplace pay into this district. Residents should see
that the burden is fairly shared between homeowners and large commercial
beneficiaries.
