HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 07-10 RESOLUTION NO. 07-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP 2006-103 FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES TO ACCOMMODATE A 66,579 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE DEVELOPMENT AT 1412 AND 1432 EDINGER AVENUE, ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 2 OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 05-002 The City Council of the City of Tustin d.oes hereby resolve as follows: I. The City Council finds and determines as follows: A. That a proper application for Final Parcel Map No. 2006-103 was submitted by HW Pacific Office Plaza, LLC requesting approval to create a parcel map for condominium purposes to accommodate a 66,579 square foot office development at 1412 and 1432 Edinger Avenue, also known as Lot 2 of Lot Line Adjustment 05-002; B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held for said map on May 8, 2006, by the Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 4022 recommending that the City Council approve Tentative Parcel Map 2006-1 03. The City Council approved Tentative Parcel Map 2006-103 on May 15, 2006, by adopting Resolution No. 06-59; C. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Tustin General Plan land use designation of Planned Community Commercial/Business and Planned Community (PC) Zoning District in that these designations provide for the development of office uses; D. That the site is physically suitable for the type and density of development proposed; E. That the design of the subdivision or the types of improvements proposed are not likely to cause serious public health problems; F. That the parcel map or the proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife in their habitat; and, G. That the approval of final subdivision maps is statutorily exempt pursuant to Section 15268 of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations (Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act). The City Cou ncil hereby approves Final Parcel Map 2006-1 03 to create a parcel map for condominium purposes to accommodate a 66,579 square foot office development at 1412 and 1432 Edinger Avenue, also known as Lot 2 of Lot Line Adjustment 05-002, subject to final approval by the City Engineer prior to recordation.
