RESOLUTION NO. 26-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND CITY
ENGINEER TO SIGN VARIOUS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDERAL
AND/OR STATE FUNDED TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of Tustin to use federal and/or state
funds for certain City transportation improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, the City is eligible to receive federal and/or state funding for certain
transportation projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund
Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the
California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these
agreements and any amendments thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Director of Public Works and
the City Engineer are each hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Tustin
all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements and/or any amendments thereto with the
California Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tustin held on the 20t" day of January 2026.
