Appeal of Business License Application
15201 Woodlawn, Tustin California
Dear Ms. Binsack ,
Thank you for meeting with me yesterday and considering our Business license request at
the Woodlawn address. This letter is submitted to confirm my wish to have the
aforementioned appeal deferred until we have had a chance to review the City's decision
regarding our alternative business license request for research, design and assembly of
compost equipment at the site. Secondly, I you remember, I would also like your opinion
if the CRY and Universal Waste drop off center required in the upcoming refuse contract
would comply with City Zoning at the site.
Thank you again. I look forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Donald Shubin
