This letter is submitted to confirm my wish to have the aforementioned appeal deferred until we have had a chance to review the City's decision regarding our alternative business license request for research, design and assembly of compost equipment at the site. Secondly, I you remember, I would also like your opinion if the CRY and Universal Waste drop off center required in the upcoming refuse contract would comply with City Zoning at the site.
