HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 85-064 RESOLUTION NO. 85-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AFFIRMING THE FINDINGS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION CONCERNING PERMIT NO. 85-9. (Newport Ave. between Main St. and E1 Camino Real) The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows' I · II. The City Council finds and determines as follows' A That a proper application, (Use Permit No. 85-9) was filed by the Carver Development Company requesting authorization to develop a ~ 91,000 square foot retail complex and a ~ 40,000 square foot office to complex on the properties fronting on the west side of Newport Avenue between Main Street and E1 Camino Real. B That a public hearing before the Planning Commission was duly called, noticed and held on said application on May 13, 19B5. C That the Planning Commission of the City Resolution No. 2229 did approve said Use Permit. of Tustin, by D That the City Council, at their meeting of May 20, 1985 appealed the decision of the Planning Commission pursuant to City Code Secti on 9294b. E That the City Council determined that the findings of thee Planning Commission were appropriate to mitigate negative environmental impacts. The City Council of the City of findings of the Planning Commission 2229 subject to the following' Tustin does hereby affirm the as contained in Resolution No. A. That all conditions contained in Exhibit "A" of Resolution 2229, wi th the exception of Condition Number I are hereby upheld. Condition Number I is by this action amended to require City Council approval of all final building elevations.
