HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 85-063RESOLUTION NO. 85-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 85-212 LOCATED AT NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF RED HILL AVENUE AT BELL AVENUE. The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows' he City Council finds and determines as follows' A That Tentative Parcel Map No. 85-212 was submitted to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Williamson and Schmidt on behalf of Birtcher Campbell Properties for the purpose of subdividing two lots into three lots for the property known as a portion of Lot One Tract 7721 per map filed in Book 347, pages 35 and 36 of Miscellaneous Maps; together with Parcel Two of Parcel Map No. 76-84 per map filed in Book 86, page 36 of Parcel Maps; Records of Orange County. B That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. C That this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. The City Council hereby approves Tentative P. arcel Map No. 85-212 subject to the fol lowing conditions' · Separate domestic water services shall be provided to each parcel. CC & R's shal 1 be recorded providing for reciprocal ingress/egress, parking and maintenance of common drives and landscaping. 0 Easements for utility purposes shall be provided between each parcel to include but not be limited to' ae Sanitary sewer selrvice Domestic water service Fire service Edison and telephone Resolution No. 85-63 Page Two 4. Drainage easements shall be provided between each parcel as needed. 5. Construction or replacement of any missing or damaged street improvements adjacent to this Parcel Map will be required. 6. A waiver is hereby approved for the sewer srvice subject to approval of the CC&R's. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council, held on the 1st day of July, 1985 .
