HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 85-05110 11 12 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 RESOLUTION NO. 85-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPLICATION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY KNOWN AS LAGUNA-TUSTIN EAST ANNEXATION NO. 135 TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN. WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Tustin on initiated preliminary proceedings for-the annexation of territory constituting an unincorporated island; and its own motion has certain inhabited WHEREAS, the city .of Tustin has the ability to extend the full range of municipal services to the subject te_rritory to better serve the needs of the residents of the area; and WHEREAS, an advertised public hearing was ' conducte'd by the City Council on May 20, 1985 on the Council intent to adopt a resolution of application for annexation of the subject territory to the city of Tustin; and , WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed annexation is a Categorical Class 19 exemption from the requirements of CEQA; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city of Tustin, California that' · This proposal for the Laguna-Tustin East Annexation the city of Tustin is made pursuant to Part 2, Article e of the Municipal Organization Act and as annexatio-~ as authorized by Section J5150(f) of the Code of the State of California.
