RESOLUTION NO. 85- 42
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE INTENTION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC
HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO CHANGE THE DES-
IGNATION OF LAGUNA ROAD, FROM NEWPORT AVENUE TO MYFORD
ROAD, TO EL CAMINO REAL
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, hereby
resolves as follows.

1. The City Council hereby finds and determines the follow-
A. That there has been a proposal to rename a certain
street in the City of Tustin.
B. That a public hearing should be duly called, noticed
and held on said proposal.
C. That to change the name and designation of Laguna
Road from Newport Avenue to Myford Road, to E1 Camino Real, has
been proposed to be in the best interests of the City of Tustin
and of its citizens and residents, and should be done.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes a public hearing
concerning the renaming and designation of Laguna Road from
Newport Avenue to Myford Road, to E1 Camino Real, to be conducted
on gu~e 3 , 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City
Council, held on the 6th day of May , 1985.
