RESOLUTION NO. 84-102
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, APPROVING PARCEL MAP 83-1027 LOCATED AT
1122-1192 LAGUNA ROAD
The City Council of the-Ci%y of Tus~in does hereby resolve as follows'
I ·
The City Council finds and determines as follows'
A
That Parcel Map No. 83-1027 was submitted to the City Council
pursuant ~o Ordinance No. 847 by Harry Smitley on behalf of
P.D.F., a partnership, for the purpose of splitting one (1) lot
into two (2) lots for the property known as a portion of Lot 33,
Block 11, Irvine Subdivision, recorded in Book 1, page 88 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Orange County. .

That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General
Plan.

That this map is categorically exempt from the requirements of
the California Environmental Act, Class 15.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Parcel Map No. 83-1027 subject to.._
the following conditions'
A
Annexation of both parcels to the Orange County Street Lighting
Maintenance District No. 6. AllI annexation papers are to be
fi led wi th the City of Tusti n Engineering Di vi si on.
B
Construction of street improvements across the frontage of
Parcel one. These improvements will include but not be limited
to the following'
C
a. curb and gutter
b. sidewalk
c. driveway aprons
d. street paving
e. street trees
f. street lighting
g. sanitary sewer 1 ateral (s)
h. domestic water servi ce (s)
Payment of Orange County Sanitation District No. 7 sewer
connection fees at the time a building permit is issued.
D
Payment of East Orange County Water District fees at the time a
bui1ding permit is issued.
