RESOLUTION NO. 96-88

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP 15055
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:

I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

A. That Final Tract Map 15055 has been submitted by
7 The Irvine Company;
8 B. That public hearings were held by the Planning
Commission on March 25, 1996 and by the City
9 Council on May 6, 1996 at which time Tentative
Tract 15055 was approved.. On AuguSt 26, 1996, the
10 Planning Commission recommended that the City
Council approve Final Tract Map 15055;

~ C. That the Final Map is considered ministerially
12 exempt pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the
California Environmental Quality Act;

D. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance
14 with the Tustin General Plan, the Tustin Zoning
Code and Subdivision Map Act;

E. That the City has reviewed the status of the School
16 Facilities Agreements .between the irvine Company
and the Tustin Unified School District for the
17 impact of Tentative Tract 15055 on School District
facilities, and changes in state +law. Impacts
18 associated with this approval on School District
facilities are adequately addressed;

F. That the site is physically suitable for the type
20 of development proposed;
21 G. That the site is physically suitable for the
proposed density of development;
22
H. That the design of the subdivision or the proposed
23 improvements are not likely to cause substantial
environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
24 injure fish or wildlife in their habitat;

3 I. That the design of 'the subdivision .or the type of
improvements proposed will not conflict with
4 easements acquired by the public-at-large, for
access through or use of the property within the
5 proposed subdivision;
6 J. That the design of-the subdivision or the types of
improvements proposed are not likely to cause
7 serious public health problems; and,
8 K. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance
with the Tentative Tract Map.

II. The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map 15055,
10 subjectto final approval by the City Engineer.
11 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of. the TUstin City
Council, held on the 3rd day of September, 1996.

Council of the City of Tustin, California, do hereby certify
21 that the whole number of the members of the City Council of
the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
22 Resolution No. 96-88 was duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Tustin City Council, held on the 3rd day of
23 September, 1996, by the following vote:
