4 CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER
5 MAIN REPLACEMENT ON LINDA LANE/LAURIE LANE/LAURINDA
6 WAY, ON CLARISSA LANE, AND ON ARBOLADA WAY/FIESTA WAY
7 (CITY PROJECT NO. 600123) AND ON NORWOOD PARK PLACE
8 (PROSPECT TO LIVINGSTON), ON BIGELOW PARK DRIVE, ON
9 LIVINGSTON STREET, ON KIRK AVENUE/DALL LANE/NORWOOD
10 PARK PLACE, AND ON HOLT AVENUE (CITY PROJECT NO. 600124),
11 AND AUTHOR/ZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

14 WIlERE'S, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California
15 to contract construction for replacement of various water mains; and
16
17 WItEREAS, the City Engineer has presented pans and specifications for the
18 construction of said work;
19
20 NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and specifications
21 presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifications
22 for:

24 Water Main Replacements on Linda Lane/Laurie LanedLaurinda Way; Clarissa
25 Lane, and Arbolada Way/Fiesta Way, City Project No. 600123, and on Norwood
26 Park Place (Prospect to Livingston), Bigelow Park Drive, Livingston Street, Kirk
27 AvenuedDail LanefNorwood Park Place, and Holt Avenue, 'City Project No.
28 600124

30 BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
31 directed to advertise as required by law for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the
32 doing of the work specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications;

34 BE IT FURTItER RESOLVED that this project is categorically exempt from the
35 requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; Class I: Existing Facilities.

37 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
38 Tustin, held on the 19th day of August, 1996.
