A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING ITS INTENT TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER
OF THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE TO UNITED CABLE. OF
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, LTD. SUBJECT TO CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL
OF PROVISIONS OF REVISED FRANCHISE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has been requested
to give the consent and approval of the City of Tustin to the transfer of a
cable television franchise to United Cable of Southern California, Ltd.; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is agreeable to said transfer provided
$ that the provisions of the franchise are revised to the satisfaction of the
City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
hereby expresses its intent to approve the transfer of the cable television
franchise in the City of Tustin to United Cable of Southern California, Ltd.,
subject to approval by the City Council of the provisions of the franchise
which are to be revised and amended to the satisfaction of the City Council
prior to the effectiveness of approval of transfer of the franchise and pend-
ing an examination of the financial and operational qualifications of the
1:t applicant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California, on the 16th day of January, 1984.

members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and
foregoing Resolution No. 84-13 was duly and regularly introduced, passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of
January, 1984, by the following vote:
